Ray Bidwell Collins (10 décembre 1889 – 11 juillet 1965) était un acteur américain de théâtre, de Broadway, de radio, de cinéma et de télévision. Avec 900 rôles à son actif, il devint l'un des acteurs les plus populaires du théâtre radiophonique naissant.
Ami et collaborateur d'Orson Welles pendant de nombreuses années, Collins partit pour Hollywood avec la compagnie du Mercury Theatre et fit ses débuts au cinéma dans Citizen Kane, où il incarnait le rival politique impitoyable de Kane.
Collins apparut dans plus de 75 films et livra l'un de ses rôles les plus mémorables à la télévision, celui du lieutenant Arthur Tragg, personnage irascible de la série Perry Mason.
